Management Resource Solutions PLC: MRS Reaches first Milestones of its ambitious Expansion Plan

Esher Surrey (pta016/24.07.2013/14:00 UTC+2) Management Resource Solutions (MRS), a human capital resource company and one of the leaders in supplying technical and strategic services in the oil & gas, construction and mining industries, has been busy with progressing with its acquisition and company expansion plans in the resources industry since its listing on the Frankfurt stock exchange in Q1 2013.

In this context, MRS just signed two Joint Venture agreements, which bring additional capabilities to the MRS current projects and also offer increased scope to the ever growing range of services which MRS provides. The first JV is with the MAA Alliance, set up with Apex Services and Albright Energy, with a focus to assist clients in achieving the required quality requirements and compliance with the relative specifications during procurement manufacturing and fabrication in Asia & SE Asia. The second JV is with a French company Soudure et Tuyauterie. The purpose of this JV is to provide welding services (both staff and equipment) in Australia, Oceania and Asia, as well as providing turnkey key solutions for project teams in these regions. The two joint Ventures will contribute an additional Eur1.5M in revenue to the company's top line in the first financial year.

Moreover, MRS appointed Timothy Jones as the new Company Secretary for MRS. Mr. Jones areas of expertise include the provision of high-level financial advice to growing businesses, merger and acquisition planning, execution and assistance with listing procedures. Mr. Jones brings to MRS 40 years of experience in dealing with oil and gas clients as well as natural resource clients. In 1990 Mr. Jones founded his own accountancy and consultancy practice, which has clients in a range of business sectors and sits on the boards of a number of companies, including AIM listed Xcite Energy Ltd, Falklands Oil and Gas PLC and Beacon Hill Resources PLC.
