Warimpex Finanz- und Beteiligungs AG: Resolutions of the AGM and reconstitution of the Supervisory Board

All resolution proposals were adopted at the 26th ordinary Annual General Meeting on 11 June 2011. Thomas Aistleitner was appointed as a new member of the Supervisory Board. Günter Korp, Harald Wengust and William Henry Marie de Gelsey were reappointed to the Supervisory Board.
At the Supervisory Board meeting following the 26th ordinary Annual General Meeting, Günter Korp was again elected Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Thomas Aistleitner was elected new Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board. The Supervisory Board appointment of Wolfgang Mitterberger expired in accordance with his contract, and Heinrich Geyer stepped down from the Supervisory Board today. As a result, the Supervisory Board now only consists of five members.
