S&T System Integration & Technology Distribution AG: Peter Trawnicek resigns as member of the management board

Vienna (pta026/13.01.2012/15:05 UTC+1) In mutual agreement with the supervisory board of S&T AG, Peter Trawnicek resigns from his position as member of the management board of S&T AG as of January 14, 2012. Trawnicek joined the board of the company on February 1, 2010 as Chief Operating Officer. During the last two years he supported the restructuring process of the company successfully and developed the international IT consulting services.

From January 14, 2012 the management board of S&T AG consists of CEO Hannes Niederhauser, CFO Leopold Heidegger and COO Peter Sturz. A further extension of the management board is not planned.
