S&T System Integration & Technology Distribution AG: Changes in Financial Reporting

Vienna (pta029/07.09.2011/15:15 UTC+2) With today's date and in agreement with the Vienna Stock Exchange, S&T has dissolved the voluntary agreement on the continuation of compliance with all Prime Market criteria except the minimum free float criterion, which was reached in the previous year following the change to the Standard Market Continuous. As a result, S&T will apply the criteria of the Standard Market Continuous. As one consequence thereof, S&T will issue an Interim Report on the First Three Months instead of the Report on the First Three Months on 7 November 2011.
