Vienna (pta027/02.09.2011/15:40 UTC+2) On 2 September 2011 S&T System Integration & Technology Distribution AG has been informed by Insolvenzverwaltungsges.m.b.H, Klagenfurt am Wörthersee, as receiver of AvW Gruppe AG and AvW Invest AG, that effective with 7 September 2011 its total shareholding of 29.58% (1,060,404 shares) in S&T have been sold. Therefore AvW Gruppe AG falls below the threshold of 5%, AvW Invest AG falls below the thresholds of 20%, 15%, 10% and 5% in S&T.

On 2 September 2011 S&T System Integration & Technology Distribution AG has been informed by Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank AG, Klagenfurt am Wörthersee, that by way of acquisition of S&T shares, Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank AG has held a stake of 12.07% in the voting rights of S&T since 1 September 2011. Therefore the threshold of 10% has been exceeded.

On 2 September 2011 S&T System Integration & Technology Distribution AG has been informed by Ing. Mag. Thomas Streimelweger that on 7 March 2011 202,500 shares in S&T have been sold from his shareholding. Therefore his stake has fallen below the threshold of 25%.
