S&T System Integration & Technology Distribution AG: Streimelweger resigns from management board of S&T

Vienna (pta010/23.11.2010/09:45 UTC+1) Thomas Streimelweger resigns for personal reasons and with immediate effect from the management board of S&T. The supervisory board has accepted his decision and thanks Thomas Streimelweger for his dedication and commitment. Peter Trawnicek (COO Business Solutions), Peter Sturz (COO Infrastructure Solutions) and Martin Bergler (CFO) will continue to lead the company as members of the management board. "It is our main task in the next few weeks to continue the discussions with investors and to successfully pursue the ongoing restructuring program", Martin Bergler comments.
