Extrafin SpA: Strategic partnership launched between Extrafin Spa and Fenix Srl, an innovative startup

23 November 2023 – Extrafin S.p.A. ("Extrafin" or the "Company"), a company listed on the Vienna MTF, and Fenix ​​Srl (Fenix), an innovative start-up active in the sector of physical and mental well-being, announce the start of a strategic partnership aimed at realizing of a wellness center within the "Schlosswirt Hotel Castello" hotel located in Ruffré-Mendola, Alta Val di Non (TN), granted under management (for typical hotel activities) to the Trentino-based Extraholiday Srl.

In particular, Extrafin and Fenix ​​have signed a commercial agreement which provides for the use of an entire floor of the aforementioned hotel structure in order to create the first "Fenix ​​Point" within a unique context of rare natural beauty and a funding agreement for the construction of the "wellness center".

The medium-long term industrial project, which will be launched as early as January 1st, 2024 constitutes a very important pillar for the growth strategy of both companies with significant production volumes expected.

Luigi Romano, Chairman of the Board of Directors at Extrafin, stated: "This marks a strategically significant commercial agreement, focused on a specific segment within one of the sectors most valued by our company, namely tourism and hospitality. We position ourselves as advocates for innovative financial solutions closely tied to the Fintech market. Massimo Rinco, CEO of Fenix, expressed: "We are delighted with the structured collaboration we've entered into with Extrafin. This initiative aligns with our industrial plan, envisioning the establishment of 'Fenix Points' within 4/5-star hotel structures. Our specialized personnel will oversee the management of this business branch and maintain control over customer relations, directly nurturing commercial development and marketing activities."
