Hoenle AG: Dr. Franz Richter appointed to the Management Board of Hoenle AG for three years

On October 1, 2025, the Supervisory Board of Hoenle AG appointed Dr. Franz Richter to the Management Board of Hoenle AG, where he assumed the role of CEO. His position on the Supervisory Board has been suspended since then. Franz Richter has now been appointed to the Management Board of Hoenle AG for a three-year term, where he will assume the chairmanship. His contract as CEO runs until February 28, 2029. Franz Richter will resign from his position on the Supervisory Board on February 28, 2026.

Franz Richter will focus his efforts on guiding the Hoenle Group back to a path of profitable growth.
