The second successful transaction under the strategic partnership agreement with First Camp Group

Frankfurt am Main, 8 January 2026 – Following the closing of the strategic partnership between lodgyslife AG (WKN: A2LQ71, ISIN: DE000A2LQ710) and the First Camp Group in November 2025, and the completion of the first acquisition under this cooperation, the partners continue their expansion strategy. Effective from 1 January 2026, the Harz Camp in Goslar was integrated into the Azur Freizeit GmbH platform.

Located in the Harz Mountains, one of Germany's most established and continuously growing tourism regions, Harz Camp is a high-quality premium campsite set in an exceptional natural landscape. The site enjoys an excellent reputation, reflected in outstanding guest ratings, and combines well-developed infrastructure with a unique natural setting. Harz Camp operates as a year-round campsite and is also highly attractive for winter camping, including the Christmas and New Year period.
