lodgyslife AG (WKN: A2LQ71, ISIN: DE000A2LQ710) is joining forces with the First Camp Group to consolidate its operational camping business, creating a strong platform for sustainable, long-term growth in the DACH region. Additional acquisitions are close to completion.

With its well-known brands CAMPING LODGE and AZUR, and a clear focus on quality and excellent service, lodgyslife has established itself over the past five years as a leading camping group in Switzerland and Germany, operating a total of 12 campsites. The concept's strong acceptance among guests is reflected in the significant increase in overnight stays during 2024 and 2025.

First Camp Group is the largest and most successful camping and resort group in the Nordics, operating 77 destinations across the region, as well as one site in Germany.

As of today, lodgyslife AG and First Camp Group are combining their operational activities in the DACH region. This integration will generate significant synergies and economies of scale, all aimed at delivering the best possible guest experience. The new structure creates the market leader in leisure camping from the Alps to the Arctic Circle.

Existing locations in Zug, Switzerland, and Stuttgart, Germany will be strengthened. Both CAMPING LODGE and AZUR will continue under the leadership of their experienced teams, remaining reliable partners for municipalities, suppliers, tourism boards, and travel organizations.
