graceNT AG publishes its 2024 financial statements. Liquidity was increased by the receipt of sales proceeds of CHF 66,300.00, and a new core shareholder was acquired in May 2025. The 2024 financial year resulted in a slightly negative annual result following positive results in 2022 and 2023. The current negotiations regarding a potential capital increase are expected to be concluded by the end of summer. The date of the Annual General Meeting will be announced in due course on the graceNT AG website and via the Swiss Federal Gazette of Public Accounts (SHAB).
