graceNT AG: Strategic partner acquires 5% shares in graceNT AG

The Board of Directors of graceNT AG announces that a strategic investor has acquired 5% of graceNT AG shares, amounting to 20,000 shares. The new investor's goal is to subsequently increase the company's capital against contributions in kind, reposition the company, and secure a seat on the Board of Directors. Negotiations began today, which will result in a letter of intent shortly.
Mr. Sinan Belhawi, the investor, is a healthcare entrepreneur and innovator, active since 2014. His mission is to make healthcare accessible worldwide by acquiring and introducing efficiency to everyday medical and dental practices.
The investor intends to position graceNT more strongly in the area of innovative healthcare solutions. Further details on the repositioning, timing, and new shareholder structure will be announced at the company's Annual General Meeting.
