S&T System Integration & Technology Distribution AG: Equity capital fallen below the value of half the total share capital

Vienna (pta029/19.04.2011/17:25 UTC+2) Referring to § 83 AktG (Austrian Stock Corporation Act) the Management Board informs that based on the ongoing monitoring of the balance sheet in the course of the year 2011 it is to be assumed that the equity capital has fallen below the value of half the total share capital. This is mainly caused by non-recurring costs of the ongoing restructuring. The Board will report on the circumstances and any necessary measures at the Annual General Meeting to be convened for 1 July 2011.
