In the period from March 23, 2026 until and including March 29, 2026, a total of 1,550,342 shares were acquired as part of the share buyback of Siemens Energy AG. On March 3, 2026 the start of the share buyback for March 4, 2026 was announced pursuant to Art. 5 para. 1 lit. a) of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 and Art. 2 para. 1 of the Delegated Regulation (EU) No. 2016/1052.
