Ludwigsfelde, 18th March 2026 - The Management Board of Planethic Group AG (formerly Veganz Group AG) ('Company' or 'Planethic') (ISIN: DE000A3E5ED2 / symbol: VEZ) is in close and constructive dialogue with the Schutzgemeinschaft der Kapitalanleger (SdK) and other relevant stakeholders regarding the outstanding interest payment and the agreed partial repayment of the listed Planethic bond (ISIN: DE000A254NF5), with a view to developing a viable solution in the interests of all parties involved.

To coordinate the next steps, the Company intends to convene a creditors' meeting in the coming week. Further details will be announced in due course.

Based on current planning, sufficient liquidity is available to maintain ongoing business operations. Operational activities continue as planned.
