7C Solarparken AG: The Reuden Süd PV Park (20 MWP) nearing completion

Bayreuth (pta007/24.02.2026/08:05 UTC+1)

7C Solarparken announces that the Reuden Süd solar park is nearing its completion due to its imminent grid connection, marking a major milestone for the group's 2026 targets. Following the successful power-up of the 28-kilometer medium-voltage cable (20 kV) last week, the group is now completing the installation of the internal grid. In close coordination with the grid operator, the main substation has been powered up and the internal ring circuit connecting the eight transformer stations is being energized at a rate of one station per day. The entire internal grid is expected to be under tension by early March, immediately followed by the start-up of the inverters.

The Reuden Süd project represents a significant strategic success, given its historical legacy and the complex negotiations required with all stakeholders. The solar asset has a total capacity of approximately 20 MWp and will enjoy a blended feed-in tariff (FIT) of 87 EUR per MWh, with a fixed FIT-period until mid-2043.

Steven De Proost, CEO of 7C Solarparken: "Reuden Süd is proof that we are able to execute under pressure. Despite being defrauded in 2024, we stayed focused on what matters: restoring legal clarity, securing stakeholder alignment, and getting the plant technically ready for safe operation. Our CFO and CTO led an exceptional recovery effort, and today all parties are aligned. We are now converting a complex legacy situation into tangible value creation."
