Following completion of the merger between Baloise Holding AG and Helvetia Holding AG on 5 December 2025, Baloise Holding AG’s indirect stake in OVB Holding AG (32.57%) has been transferred to Helvetia Holding AG. A further 64.41% in direct and indirect voting rights in OVB Holding AG have been allocated to Helvetia Holding AG on the basis of two shareholder voting agreements (I: Baloise Leben, Generali and SI Leben; II: Baloise Group and SIGNAL IDUNA Group)
