We refer to the terms and conditions in respect of the Notes (the Conditions). Capitalised terms used in this notice but not defined herein shall have the meaning given to them in the Conditions.

Extraordinary Valuation of the Notes

The Issuer has been informed by the Reference Portfolio Advisor, Aquila Capital Investmentgesellschaft mbH, that significant and material impairments are to be expected regarding the Reference Portfolio. The Issuer subsequently requested an extraordinary valuation of the Reference Portfolio as of 30 November 2025 and is awaiting its submission. Once the Reference Portfolio Valuation has been delivered in satisfactory form, the Calculation Agent of the Notes will determine and publish the indicative valuation of the Notes.
