Germany, 3 December 2025 – HausVorteil AG (ISIN: DE000A31C222, WKN: A31C22) announces that, as of 2 December 2025, the company's shares are now listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in addition to the existing listing in the m:access segment of the Munich Stock Exchange.

With the commencement of trading in Frankfurt, the shares of HausVorteil AG are now also tradable via Xetra, Germany's leading electronic trading platform. This step expands the company's capital market presence and enhances liquidity as well as accessibility for both institutional and retail investors.

Furthermore, HausVorteil AG is already in discussions with additional trading venues and market makers to enable trading of the shares in the future through major neobrokers such as Trade Republic, Smartbroker, Scalable Capital, and other well-known German and European retail platforms.
