Peach Property Group AG ("Peach Property Group"), a real estate investor focused on residential rental properties in Germany, has completed the payout of the long-term financing of over EUR 400 million entered into with Castlelake in August 2025. With these funds, the remaining outstanding amount of EUR 100 million of the Eurobond originally issued at over EUR 300 million and maturing in November 2025 was fully and prematurely repaid on October 31, 2025. As a result, Peach Property Group's maturity profile has been significantly extended.
