Rosenbauer International AG: Jörg Schuschnig appointed new CFO of Rosenbauer International AG

The Supervisory Board of Rosenbauer International AG today appointed Jörg Schuschnig as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Rosenbauer International AG. He takes over this role from CEO Robert Ottel, who had been serving as interim CFO since the beginning of July. Jörg Schuschnig will take up his position on the Executive Board on October 1, 2026 at the latest. The appointment is for a period of three years.

As a recognized financial expert, Jörg Schuschnig brings many years of experience from various companies. Since 2022, he has served as CFO of Coveris Group. Prior to that, his career included roles as CEO and CFO of BGO Holding GmbH, as well as CFO and COO at Bene GmbH. He also spent over nine years at the Mondi Group, where he was a board member of the business units Industrial Bags and Consumer Flexibles. Earlier in his career, he held positions at the Mayr-Melnhof Group. Jörg Schuschnig studied Business Administration at WU Vienna and holds a doctorate.
