TC Unterhaltungselektronik AG: Changes to the Management Board, Mr. Thomas Kristiansen appointed as new member of the Management Board and CEO

The Supervisory Board has dismissed Mr. Martin Boulton from his position as member of the Management Board (Vorstand) of TC Unterhaltungselektronik AG with immediate effect. In addition, the Supervisory Board has revoked the appointment of Mr. Erik Skjöldebrand, as the appointment dated July 17, 2025, was not fully effective for formal reasons. Executive Board member Daniel Albrecht has announced his immediate resignation.

In today's resolution, the Executive Board appointed Mr. Thomas Kristiansen to the Executive Board and at the same time entrusted him with the management of TC Unterhaltungselektronik AG as CEO (Chairman of the Executive Board). The Executive Board thus consists of Ms. Petra Bauersachs and Mr. Thomas Kristiansen.

With these changes to the Executive Board, the Supervisory Board intends to set the course for a realignment of the company and is convinced that Mr. Thomas Kristiansen, with his entrepreneurial goals in sustainability, will lead TC Unterhaltungselektronik AG into a new chapter in the company's history.

The Executive Board will provide further information about the realignment of the company in due course.
