Veganz Group: Mililk Food Tech Launches US Exports
Start of Production in North America in the First Half of 2026
Ludwigsfelde, August 20th, 2025 - Mililk Food Tech GmbH ('Mililk'), a wholly owned subsidiary of Veganz Group AG (WKN: A3E5ED / symbol: VEZ), is launching its revolutionary 2D printing technology for beverages on the US market for the first time. The first container of oat milk is expected to be shipped to the US East Coast in September 2025.
The short-term order forecast already amounts to 15 million litres of oat milk. Over an 18-month period, customers in North America and Asia are demanding a volume of 160 million litres.
In parallel with deliveries from Germany, potential production sites in North America are currently being identified to increase the planned total production capacity. Production is scheduled to start in the first half of 2026.
Discussions with strategic investors based on a pre-money valuation of 80 million Euro are in the final stages. A deal is expected to be concluded in the coming months and should provide Mililk with equity and debt capital for rapid international growth.
"With our first delivery to the US and the identification of several potential production sites, the starting signal has been given for Mililk's global expansion. We also expect Mililk deliveries to be classified as agricultural products and therefore not subject to the 15% US import tax on German goods. This would be a clear competitive advantage that could accelerate the market launch in the US. Our goal is to make plant-based beverage innovations available worldwide in an efficient and sustainable manner," said Anja Brachmueller, Managing Director of Mililk Food Tech GmbH.
