Munich, 31 July 2025 – GIEAG Immobilien AG (ISIN: DE0005492276 / WKN: 549227) was informed today by the management of the Munich Stock Exchange that the inclusion and listing of the company's shares in the m:access trading segment will end as of 29 August 2025. In addition, the inclusion of the shares in the Open Market of the Munich Stock Exchange will be revoked as of 30 December 2025. These dates implement the company's application to terminate the stock exchange listing, as previously announced in the ad-hoc disclosure dated 17 July 2025.
