Ludwigsfelde, 31st July 2025 - The Management Board of Veganz Group AG ('Company' or "Veganz") (ISIN DE000A3E5ED2 / WKN A3E5ED / symbol VEZ) has today published its preliminary results for the first half of 2025.

Veganz Group AG generated earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) of EUR 25.33 million in the first six months of the current financial year (H1/2024: minus EUR 4.26 million).

Earnings after tax (EAT) for the first half of the year amounted to EUR 23.65 million (H1/2024: minus EUR 5.45 million).

The full half-year report is scheduled to be published on 25th September 2025.
