HausVorteil AG: HausVorteil AG generates an additional refinancing volume of 20 million euros

As competition increasingly withdraws from the real estate partial sale business, HausVorteil sends a clear signal to sales partners and customers. By increasing its refinancing volume by another 20 million euros in cooperation with a reputable German bank, the company is focusing on growth.
Through an expanded product offering, HausVorteil has managed to differentiate itself from its competitors over the past year and has positioned itself as a key player in the market. The multi-product approach enables HausVorteil to offer and implement all product types in the equity release segment. In addition to partial real estate sales, the company's portfolio includes full real estate purchase with residential rights, land purchase with leasehold rights, various loan offerings for property owners, traditional construction financing, real estate leasing, and comprehensive brokerage services. With the latest transaction, HausVorteil is significantly strengthening its core business.
"The additional funds and agreed terms allow for the refinancing of up to 100 additional properties in partial sales. Following the successful transformation of our company structure from a GmbH to an AG on May 1, 2025, and the upcoming stock market listing later this year, we are sending a strong signal to the industry," says Sören Ploschke, HausVorteil Board Member for Finance and Legal.
Partial recapitalization continues to be of great interest to property owners—not just in old age. HausVorteil offers solutions starting at the age of 50.
The concept of selling part of a property to unlock bound capital without a specific purpose strikes a chord with many property owners. The current economic situation, rising living costs, and associated challenges make partial recapitalization of real estate increasingly appealing not only for older target groups.

The company now also offers partial sale solutions to younger customers. "The previous age limit did not meet the demand," explains Dirk Hotopp. "HausVorteil customers can now take advantage of a partial sale offer starting at the age of 50."

HausVorteil's commitment to transparency in customer consultancy and comprehensive, age-appropriate customer service is recognized and honored. The Federal Association Initiative 50plus Europe e.V., which represents the interests of people in Europe over the age of 50, certifies HausVorteil AG for its service and exemplary role. The certificate is awarded based on a public set of criteria and is verified through regular reviews and anonymous test purchases.
"We are delighted with this award," says Dirk Hotopp. "It is a confirmation of our work and shows how important it is to explain the complex contractual content of real estate transactions transparently and on an equal footing with customers."
