Aluflexpack AG: Cancellation of the remaining Aluflexpack AG shares and delisting from the SIX Swiss Exchange as of 11 July 2025

With decision dated 26 June 2025, the Commercial Court (Handelsgericht) of the canton of Aargau declared all publicly held registered shares of Aluflexpack AG ("AFP") with a nominal value of CHF 1.00 each ("AFP-Shares") to be cancelled. The decision of the Commercial Court Aargau became legally effective on 30 June 2025.

The holders of the cancelled AFP-Shares will receive a cash compensation in the amount of CHF 16.00 per share, corresponding to the offer price paid by Constantia Flexibles GmbH in the public tender offer for all publicly held AFP-Shares.

SIX Exchange Regulation has already approved the delisting of the AFP-Shares in principle in its decision dated 11 March 2025. In its decision dated 3 July 2025, SIX Exchange Regulation has now set the last trading day of the AFP-Shares to 10 July 2025. The AFP-Shares will be delisted as of 11 July 2025.
