issued by the securitisation fund "Telekia",

acting through the Management Company in respect of its Compartment 1 (the Issuer)

We refer to the terms and conditions in respect of the Notes (the Conditions). Capitalised terms used in this notice but not defined herein shall have the meaning given to them in the Conditions.

Impairment of a Reference Debt Security Component

The Issuer has been informed by the Reference Portfolio Advisor, Aquila Capital Investmentgesellschaft mbH, that the Reference Debt Security Component issued by Aquila Renewables INVEST IV GmbH & Co. KG is expected to result in a full loss. As of the valuation at the end of April 2025, this Reference Debt Security Component accounted for approximately 10% of the total Reference Portfolio Value.

As a precautionary measure, trading in the Notes has been suspended and is scheduled to resume today.

This disclosure is made as a precaution to comply with the transparency obligations pursuant to Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014.
