Capitalised terms used but not otherwise defined in this notice shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Information Memorandum dated 17 November 2021 in respect of the Notes and the Servicing Agreement dated 27 May 2016, as amended, between (1) the Issuer, (2) the Seller, (3) the Servicer and (4) the Cash Manager.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, having been so instructed by an Extraordinary Resolution of the Noteholders dated 30 November 2022, the Issuer has exercised its rights under clause 9.1(g) of the Servicing Agreement to appoint Alantra CPA Iberia, S.L. ("Alantra") as the Issuer's independent auditor. Pursuant to the terms of its appointment, Alantra will review certain work carried out by the Servicer in the course of providing the Services to the Issuer and the Issuer expects to receive a report from Alantra in due course.
