Thursday, 10 November 2022 – Consorzio Stabile SIS S.c.p.A.(the Issuer) informs in relation to the €100,000,000.00 Senior Secured Fixed Rate Notes due 2024 (ISIN code: IT0005365728) (the Notes) that all the Notes have been fully redeemed on this November 10, 2022.

As a result an application for the de-listing of the Notes from the Vienna MTF of the Vienna Stock Exchange has been filed today.
