CEEREF S.A. resolves to delist its shares (ISIN LU0925745043) from the Third Market of the Vienna Stock Exchange (Luxembourg, 22 July 2019)

CEEREF S.A., Rue de la Vallée, 2661 Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under number B117764 ("CEEREF"), has resolved today to apply to Vienna Stock Exchange have its shares, ISIN LU0925745043 (the "Shares") delisted from admission to trading on the Third Market (Dritter Markt), a multilateral trading facility (MTF) operated by the Vienna Stock Ex-change on which the Shares are currently listed.
The Shares are the only securities CEEREF has admitted to trading upon application by CEEREF. CEEREF has no influence over any listing(s) of securities at any other trading platforms where the listing application is submitted by third parties.
As a consequence of its decision, CEEREF will no longer be obliged to disclose inside in-formation pursuant to Article 17 regulation (EU) no 596/2014.
CEEREF expects that the delisting will become effective on or around 30 August 2019. The Vienna Stock Exchange will publish the last trading date for the Shares on the Third Market on its website www.wienerborse.at.

CEEREF S.A. beschließt die Zurückziehung der Einbeziehung ihrer Aktien (ISIN LU0925745043) im Dritten Markt der Wiener Börse (Delisting) (Luxembourg, 22.7.2019).
CEEREF Rue de la Vallée, 2661 Luxembourg, Großherzogtum Luxembourg ("CEEREF"), eingetragen im Luxemburger Handelsregister unter Nummer B117764, hat heute be-schlossen, einen Antrag bei der Wiener Börse auf Zurückziehung der Einziehung ihrer Aktien, ISIN LU0925745043, (die "Aktien") zum Handel im Dritten Markt, einem von der Wiener Börse betriebenen multilateralen Handelssystem (MTF), in dem die Aktien derzeit notieren, zu stellen (Delisting).
Die Aktien sind die einzigen Wertpapiere von CEEREF, die auf Antrag von CEEREF zum Handel zugelassen sind. CEEREF hat keinen Einfluss auf die Notierung von Wertpapieren an anderen Handelsplattformen, welche von Dritten beantragt werden.
Mit Umsetzung dieser Maßnahme wird für CEEREF die Verpflichtung entfallen, Insiderin-formation gemäß to Article 17 Verordnung (EU) Nr. 596/2014 zu veröffentlichen.
CEEREF erwartet, dass das Delisting am oder um den 30.8.2019 wirksam wird. Die Wiener Börse wird den letzten Handelstag der Aktien im Dritten Markt auf ihrer Website www.wienerborse.at veröffentlichen.
