Biofrontera AG: Capital Increase: 5,012,950 New Shares fully placed

Leverkusen (pta022/17.11.2016/11:25 UTC+1) The Management Board of Biofrontera AG (FSE:B8F) has announced on October 31, 2016, that the registered capital shall be increased against cash contribution by issuing up to 5,012,950 new no-par registered shares ("New Shares"). The New Shares were offered for subscription at a subscription price of EUR 3.00 per New Share in the subscription period from November 3, 2016 until and including November 16, 2016.

As per today's analysis, all New Shares were placed.
