Vienna, March 24, 2015 - Sanochemia Pharmazeutika AG, Vienna, listed on the stock exchange (ISIN AT0000776307 ISIN DE000A1G7JQ9), announces the signing of a licensing and supply agreement with a leading global pharmaceutical company that has significant experience in commercializing products.

The contract includes distribution licenses for SANOCHEMIA's radiology products globally, whereby SANOCHEMIA will produce and provide the products according to the supply agreement.
