Further to the notice given on 18 August 2021 the Issuer informs the holders of the Certificates (the Certificateholders) that the Issuer will not apply for a listing of the Certificates on the Munich Stock Exchange.

The listing of the Certificates on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Open Market) will remain.

If the Certificateholders have any questions or require any clarification in respect to the information set out in this notice, they may contact the Issuer.
