The SWISSARTEXPO art festival will enliven Zurich's main station hall for the second time in August 2020
From 20 to 24 August 2020, the SWISSARTEXPO will take place at the Zurich Main Station
Zurich (ptp023/10.02.2020/14:00) As last year, the SWISSARTEXPO art festival will take place in Zurich's main station hall, which is one of the most visited halls in Europe. From 20 to 24 August 2020, over 90 artists from all over the world will present their original artworks to the public. In addition, visitors can look forward to various digitally presented works of art as well as a varied program with various art-related events.
The art exhibition is organized by the Swiss start-up ARTBOX.GROUPS GmbH which was founded in 2016 by the internationally renowned chainsaw artist Patricia Zenklusen and her family. The art projects of ARTBOX.GROUPS are always an interesting mixture of digitally and originally presented works, in which a rich spectrum of art styles is represented. With this concept, they enable young talents as well as experienced artists to present their art to a broad audience and to establish new contacts.
The organizers choose highly frequented locations for their projects, such as the Basel Airport, Zurich Central Station or a gallery in Miami during Miami Art Weeks, which is one of the largest art fairs worldwide. The choice of such venues can create all the more valuable contacts for the artists.
