* Use of the ESM platform module Serviceware Financial
* Contractual term of at least three years with sales revenues in the seven-digit euro range

Bad Camberg, 26 May 2021 Serviceware SE ("Serviceware", ISIN DE000A2G8X31) continues to record a high demand for modules of its unique ESM platform. A leading European wholesale company has decided in favour of the Serviceware Financial module of Serviceware. The SaaS contract was concluded with a minimum term of three years and involves sales revenues in the seven-digit euro range for Serviceware.

In the course of the establishment of an intra-group IT service company, the wholesale group repositions its corporate IT. Serviceware Financial supports the new customer through intelligent analysis tools for the identification of cost drivers. The software solution allows for full cost transparency at the budgeting and cost analysis of service processes, and helps to significantly reduce costs. Serviceware Financial can be integrated seamlessly into existing processes and systems of the new customer and will successively replace the existing proprietary solution.

Bernd Worlitzer, Head of Strategic Sales DACH at Serviceware: "With our modular ESM platform we enjoy an outstanding position on the market and we are perfectly prepared for further growth. We are recording a strong demand for our products, also on the international level. This has been demonstrated once again by the acquisition of this new customer. Our platform module Serviceware Financial is continually evolving and can be adapted to specific requirements. We are very much looking forward to the future cooperation with our new customer and will be pleased to accompany him on his growth path."
