The Notes are admitted to listing and trading on the Vienna MTF of the Wiener Borse AG.

This notice is released by the Borrower and may contain inside information for the purposes of EU MAR and UK MAR, encompassing information relating to the Notes described above. For the purposes of EU MAR and UK MAR, this notice is made by the Directors of the Borrower. The Borrower accepts responsibility for the information contained in this notice.

Capitalised terms used, but not defined herein, shall have the meaning given thereto in the warehouse deed entered into between, inter alios, the Borrower and dated 5 March 2021 as amended on 14 May 2021 (the Warehouse Deed) in relation to the issue and offering of the Notes.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVENthat the following amendments to the Warehouse Deed have taken effect from 14 May 2021:

(a) amendments to the definition of Maximum Senior Commitment; and

(b) amendment to the Subordinated Commitment amount of each Subordinated Noteholder as set out in Schedule 5 (The Subordinated Noteholders) of the Warehouse Deed.

A copy of the amendment deed to the Warehouse Deed is available for inspection during usual business hours at the registered office of the Borrower.
