iQ International AG: The Cantonal court of Zug, Switzerland approved iQ International AG's request for Composition Moratorium

Zug, Switzerland, 18 March 2021 (pta037/18.03.2021/18:50 UTC+1) The Cantonal Court of Zug, Switzerland ruled today, on 18 March 2021, that provisional composition moratorium proceedings in respect of iQ International AG, Zug, Switzerland will be granted as requested. The proceedings will provisionally last three months. During the period of the composition moratorium, the appointed provisional commissioner will examine the prospect of restructuring. The settlement of claims, the incurring of new liabilities and the sale of assets require the consent of the provisional commissioner for the duration of the provisional composition proceedings.
