Pursuant to a press release dated 30 April 2020, ARC Ratings S.A. ("ARC") announced that it has withdrawn the 'CC(sf)' rating accorded to the Series 1 Notes issued by the Issuer. ARC has discontinued rating coverage with immediate effect.
