Equity One Net Invest Incorporated: Board Of Directors has decided to verify an operational activity in Hong Kong

Portland (USA) (pta019/30.01.2015/12:35 UTC+1) Portland (USA), January 30, 2014 - Equity One Net Invest Inc. (EONI) is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors has decided to verify, whether the operational business of the company should be expanded to the region of Hong Kong.

Companies seeking equity capital financing, will have the option to find U.S. investors and also investors from Hong Kong on our platform. The Board has agreed to pursue the transaction with all efforts. Details of the transaction structure are however still to be decided.
